Rural blocks, more than just a house.

Nar Nar Goon, and the neighbouring pockets of Tynong and Maryknoll, sit on the rural eastern edge of the Cardinia Shire either side of the Princes Freeway. These are acreage and semi-rural blocks, which means there is far more to clean than a suburban house. Alongside the home there are machinery and hay sheds, workshop aprons, dam-side hardstand, water tanks and long concrete or gravel-edged drives. We bring our own water tank, which matters out here where tap pressure and tank water can be limited, and we tackle the whole property rather than just the front of the house.

The combination of tree cover, low-lying paddocks and the cool damp air that settles off the ranges makes Nar Nar Goon roofs some of the mossiest in the shire. A concrete tile roof out here can be more green than grey. Our roof clean and biocide treatment kills the lichen and keeps it off for years, which on a rural roof you do not want to be re-doing every season. The shaded house walls grow the same green film, handled with a low-pressure house soft wash.

Farm sheds collect grease, diesel, fertiliser residue and general muck. We degrease and pressure wash shed floors, machinery aprons and equipment, managing oily run-off so it does not reach the dam or the creek lines that feed the Western Port catchment. This sits alongside our commercial pressure washing and is quoted per the surface area and contamination level.
